WORKSHOPS

From movement to improvisation

The objectives of the workshop are to develop awareness of the body, to improve natural mobility and to increase body confidence. The workshop touches on the world of improvisation and contact, using techniques dealing with touch, improvisation, listening and movement memory. During the workshop we will discuss the possibility of stimulating movement through work with imagination, accessories, poetry, emotions and writing. Alongside these, we will encourage sensory processing through sensory images and stimuli (taken from the world of occupational therapy) to allow movement to be created from places who are New in body

Length of the meeting: An hour and a half and three hours. There is also a possibility of a depth workshop of several days

Participants: Up to 30 participants

From improvisation to composition

The workshop combines dance with elements from various fields: sound, play, poetry, writing, plastic art and Jewish texts. The workshop opens tools for personal expression in the movement and expands the range of movement and performance. From the personal worlds of participants in the workshop, we find a connection to the personal work that stems from each one, with the keys to creativity being working with emotions through neutralizing judgment as a means of developing creativity.
